#restylememadefriday A favorite, a refashion, and pants that need some work
Today's outfit includes three me-made pieces. The jacket is Simplicity 9239 out of Mind the Maker denim. This shirt jacket is my absolute favorite layering piece I have made to date. I wear it year-round. My favorite part is the use of red topstitching thread on the dark wash denim.

The top is the Fibre Mood Giulia dress that I hacked into separates. The fabric is a beautiful rayon from Dashwood Studio. I was never happy with the dress as is, but I love it and wear it way more often as separates.

Finally, we have the Anna Allen Persephone pants. These are made from a bull denim that I got from Blackbird Fabrics. I recently pulled these out again after having stored them over the summer and the waist is now too big for me. For now, I'm styling them with a belt but I really need to go back in and narrow the waist. I think it will be worth taking the time to do the alteration. I love these wide leg pants.
