Tindrer (which hopefully means "twinkling" in Norwegian--thanks Google Translate) is now available for purchase on Ravelry and Craftsy.

This was a fun hat to design. It's fairly easy to knit--only 2 colors and you can work the lice pattern between the stars and the crown decreases on auto-pilot. i have my suspicions that this design would look awesome with a self-striping yarn like noro silk garden sock. i wish i had time to knit another sample.

The pattern comes in 3 adult sizes. I'm wearing the small and it fits very snuggly. If you have an average-sized head and prefer a looser fit, i'd go with the medium.

Daisy in the snow

This hat is officially Daisy approved. She was so good during the photo shoot for Tindrer and Confection. She mostly sat patiently by our stuff, waiting for us to be done with the crazy camera. More pictures are here. The Erie Canal makes for a great setting this time of year.

If you aren't knit-inclined, the sample for Tindrer is in my shop.
