temporarily solving my problem

it appears i've elected to put aside stunted projects and return to other
abandoned ones. last night i watched arrested development and prison break and
worked on my fiery bolero. i finished the right front and did the short row
ribbing. i might actually finish this one within the next couple of days,
presuming i don't run out of yarn. i've decided i just don't like andean silk.
it doesn't really look good in any gauge. i do like the pattern, though with
winter approaching, i don't know that i'll wear it much. i'll just be relieved
to check another one off the list.

i really need to sit down and do some xmas present planning so i know what i
need to finish and start and if i need to buy any more materials. i should
have most of it, honestly. i don't have much time left. gotta get cracking.

  1. I am not a fan of Andean Silk myself, though I love most knitpicks yarn (did mention there's free shipping right now? Just put AdNoShp in the promo box!). A gal that I really don't like much told me she is buying a ton of it to make a sweater even after I told her Aurora 8 would show the MANY cables better. I didn't bother to tell her about the splitty quality of A.T... let her find out for herself!
